About us
Care House Foundation is a grassroots non-profit organization working in the Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and Telangana focusing on the holistic development of tribal communities. We believe that sustainable change happens when communities are empowered with the right tools, opportunities, and dignity. Our approach is deeply personal—we work with the people, not for them, ensuring long-term impact and self-reliance

Our Projects
A society where every person is empowered to live with dignity, opportunity, and hope.

Tribal Livelihood & Employment Support
At Care House Foundation, we recognize that sustainable livelihood is the cornerstone of dignity and independence. We work closely with tribal individuals to understand their skills, interests, and aspirations, and guide them toward meaningful employment opportunities. Our team actively connects them with employers, supports them through the hiring process, and helps them adapt to professional environments.

Education & Student Support
Education is a powerful tool for transformation, and we are committed to ensuring that tribal children and youth have access to quality learning opportunities. We organize free tuition programs that provide academic support, mentorship, and encouragement to students who often lack educational resources at home.

Women & Youth Empowerment
We believe that empowering women and youth is essential for building resilient communities. Our initiatives focus on equipping women with skills, knowledge, and opportunities that enhance their economic independence and social standing. We support the formation of self-help groups, provide vocational training, and encourage participation in community leadership.

Why We Do What We Do
At Care House Foundation, every action is guided by compassion, integrity, and a commitment to creating lasting change. We believe that small, meaningful steps can lead to transformative outcomes. Over the past seven years, we have witnessed the power of community, collaboration, and care in changing lives—one person, one family, one community at a time.
